Nyron provides AI-enhanced tools “as is” with no warranties or guarantees regarding functionality, compatibility, or suitability for any particular purpose. Nyron reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using our licenses or software, you automatically accept and agree to be bound by the current version of the TOS.

2. License and Usage Restrictions

Each customer is granted a unique, non-transferable license for personal use only. License or program sharing is not permitted and will result in a permanent ban. Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or circumvent any protection mechanisms is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action to protect Nyron’s intellectual property.

3. Usage Responsibility and Liability

Nyron provides AI-enhanced tools "as is" without any warranties or guarantees. Use of Nyron is entirely at your own risk. Users are fully responsible for ensuring lawful and intended use. Nyron is not responsible for misuse, including use that violates third-party Terms of Service, policies, or rules, which may result in bans or penalties. This product is not made or allowed to be used in any competitive or online multiplayer game. Nyron shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from misuse. Nyron is not affiliated with any game publishers or developers.

4. Privacy Policy

This policy does not apply to third-party services. Nyron may utilize third-party tools but does not control their data practices.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 14 days only if the license has not been activated. Once verified or downloaded, refunds are forfeited unless a critical fault is proven and attributable to Nyron.

7. Intended Purpose and Permitted Use

Nyron is intended solely for educational, research, accessibility, and software development purposes in controlled environments. Any competitive or online multiplayer use is strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Use and Anti-Cheat Circumvention

You agree not to use Nyron to cheat, exploit, automate gameplay, or bypass security or anti-cheat systems. Any such use constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

9. Enforcement and Termination

Nyron may suspend or terminate access without notice for violations of these Terms. Termination does not entitle the user to a refund.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nyron from any claims arising from misuse or violations of these Terms.

11. Final Statement

These Terms of Service must be accepted at the time of purchase and are deemed accepted each time the Nyron software is launched or used. Continued use of the software constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.
